Dr. Miller specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of numerous mental health conditions in children including Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Trauma, Mood Disorders, ADHD, Problems at home or school, Autism and other Developmental Disorders, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity, and Disruptive Behavior.

Dr. Miller has extensive experience in and provides both Child Psychological Testing and Assessment and Neuropsychological Evaluations. Dr. Miller writes a comprehensive report and provides and personally reviews this with you and with your permission provides this to your child’s treatment teams.

Dr. Miller is experienced and provides collaborative psychological services with your child’s medical team regarding the assessment and treating of the psychological aspects of acute or chronic illness including: Acceptance of new illness, Living with choric illness, Procedure anxiety, Adherence to treatment, and Seizure Disorders.

Dr. Miller will provide psychological consultation regarding existing current school psychoeducational evaluations when the evaluation is provided by the parent and an initial diagnostic evaluation with the parent and child are conducted.  This service is provided to offer a “second opinion” if the parent has concerns regarding needed healthcare or educational services.

Dr. Miller will also provide psychological consultation and/or evaluation if requested by an adult’s primary care provider or therapist if there is a question regarding the possibility of Adult ADHD

Dr. Miller’s services may not always be right for your child. 

Dr. Miller does not conduct custody evaluations.  He does not work with children and families in “high conflict” divorce.  He does not provide services to children or adolescents who have been adjudicated in the judicial system, have been arrested and there is a question of competency or have a court order mandating treatment. He does not provide psychological evaluation services solely for the purposes of determination of SSI eligibility. Dr. Miller’s office will try to offer you the names of other providers in these circumstances.
